12/20/2022 Snow/Trail Update

Trails are in great shape with all the snowfall last week. We received 3-5 feet of new snow in the surrounding area. We already had 22 inches on the ground before the storm. We are supposed to get a little more tomorrow as well (Wednesday). Temps are going to be in the 20-30’s next week in our area. It will be great riding temps between Christmas and New Years.

We do have cabins and snowmobile rentals available. You may book online on our website or call 605-717-7651 to reserve.

Been getting calls worried about the high temps next week. We are not Rapid City, Spearfish or Sturgis.  We are 4000 feet higher than them and we hold our snow. We have a lot more frost in the ground and it takes all day to get up to the high temp and it doesn’t stay there very long and it starts to drop. The days are short right now, so we don’t have a lot of burning sunlight.

Trails are groomed nightly.
